Receive 'The Designers Touch' Designed by Me, Personalised for you, a complimentary service for all my Ready to Order Design Collections. I take the time to modify the original design to suit your very own colour theme, complete with all your event details. Every element is carefully positioned to ensure the design remains harmonious and truly becomes yours, perfectly and thoughtfully personalised for your next event by me, the designer!

1. PURCHASE |
Enter Your Event Details, Colour Theme & Place your order.
Feel free to add any links or email mood boards directly to me, I love to be immersed in the details of the event! 

2. DESIGN PERSONALISATION |
What we like to call ‘The Designer’s Touch’. It's your ticket to a stress free purchase, having access to your very own designer who is overseeing your invitations from start to finish. Its as close to bespoke as you can get. Every element is carefully positioned to ensure the design remains harmonious and truly becomes yours, perfectly and thoughtfully personalised for your event.
Please be sure to check your email spam/junk folders for your Personalised Version (within 24-72 business hours). 

3. PRINT & DELIVERY |
Once your approval is received the item will go into production followed by delivery, so it is best to provide approval asap. Thats it! Designed Sealed Delivered (DSD)

I am based in Sydney Australia - feel free to book a complimentary consult with me and we can go over your vision and samples while we sip on coffee at a local cafe or I can stop in for a home consult. Office Space coming soon! Watch this space!

Not in Sydney? Not a problem I work remotely so feel free to make contact from wherever you may be! We can email, web chat, consult over the phone or face time. What a difference technology makes!  

TURN AROUND TIME |  
Ideally I would like for you to allow 4-8 weeks to have your invitations Designed, Sealed & Delivered. I can certainly have these out sooner but its always best to allow ample time - Great Design is in the Details!  
REFUNDS/RETURNS |  
Please check all finer details prior to providing approval before print/production as due to the custom nature of the products refunds/returns can not be made.

WHEN TO SEND OUT INVITATIONS |  
I recommend sending invitations out approximately 6 months before the big event. If travel is involved I recommend sending invitations out 9-12 months before, this will allow guests to make arrangements. RSVP return dates should be 6 weeks before the  event, allowing enough time to finalise your guest list and organise on-the-day stationary & signage such as place cards & seating charts.
